LD29 Meeting & Organizational Meeting

Doors open and credentialing begins at 6:00 PM (credentialing closes at 6:30 PM; anyone in line will be included). The condensed regular LD29 meeting begins promptly at 6:30 PM, followed immediately by the Organizational Meeting at the same location to elect all seven Board officers (Chairman, First through Fourth Vice Chairman, Recording Secretary, Treasurer) and LD29 State Committeemen.

Nominations for the preprinted ballot are due November 4, 2026. Email the Nominating Committee contact, Aaron Flannery, at aleeflannery@gmail.com with the nominee’s name, precinct, office sought (Board office and/or State Committeeman), and a statement confirming willingness to serve if elected. If nominating another PC, obtain their consent. Additional nominations may be made from the floor per the LD29 bylaws; State Committeeman floor nominees must be elected PCs and present to consent. The agenda and the Nominating Committee’s recommended nominees will be provided with the formal call by November 9, 2026.
